If Team A defeated Team B when they faced each other, than Team A would place higher Head to head against Group Leader: How did Team A and Team B do against the Group leader (assuming Teams A and B aren't in first place)? If Team A defeated the Group leader (team in 1st place) and Team B lost to the group leader, then Team A would place higher   If you tell me your team name and which group you are in, I can walk you through the draw rules, if you would like.
