Or simply anyone in the top 50% makes it into the alpha?   My confusion is that if top 50% of teams move, is there ever a tie breaker round, since 50% is 50% and not a defined position number? Or, is 50% used to calculate that since there were 186 teams, only 93 teams move up?   That make sense? My assumption is that the teams shown in standings move to the Alpha, and there will be no tie breaker round.
