When is the deadline TIME to apply, they only give the day?

dance210: Hi!   When no time is listed, that usually means the deadline is 11:59 pm PDT.   As Moguai mentioned, we generally don't close Registration at 12:00 am PDT the next day...it is usually when we get in.   I would suggest applying for the tournament early as opposed to late.
