Tournament Times with Daylight Savings Time Ending

dance210: With the end of Daylight Savings Time in the USA, ALL tournament times will retain their posted times, based on the Pacific time zone.
The UTC for the tournaments have changed. This will affect the tournament times for countries outside of the USA.
For example: The Open and Minor leagues will start at 6:30 pm Pacific, but UTC is now one hour later.
