World of Tanks Championship Series: Spring Season (Qualifiers)

dance210: How would postponing the Minor League season, without postponing the Major or Open Leagues work? Would those two leagues still play, but there would be no promotion/demotion of teams at the end? Would the entire spring season be cancelled? Or would the Minor League still get to play, it just wouldn't count for anything other than practice?
To be perfectly honest, I would prefer to play even without facing all the teams in the Minor League, rather than NOT get to play until July. While the schedule may not be ideal, especially with the shortened season, we will still be able to face a variety of teams within our league, which I thought was the point of the Championship.
