dance210: For the purpose of what you are thinking of, the 3 achievements are
basically only the medals listed under the "achievements" on the
news article; Mastery badge isn't on there. I know Major_Rampage
stated damaged and spotted tanks do not count towards any of the
necessary 3 achievements. I think he mentioned Mastery badges
elsewhere, but I will have to search for that reference.
Found it. Part way down the page, Major_Rampage gives his answer in a quote. The person had two medals, master gunner, and mastery badge - only the two medals were considered achievements for hardcore.
