8.3 Contest "The Art of War"

dance210: I would guess because whatever programing or codes or algorithims or whatever that are needed to automatically detect XP for a group of tanks for all players wasn't available in the past. Just a guess though, since I know nothing about what would be needed for this to happen. Really cool that it's possible now though
