dance210: Convert XP and Free XP are two different things, even though they
are located next to each other in the window.
You earn Free XP each battle - this is ~5% of your total XP earned per battle.
Convert XP is when you use gold to convert any tank-specific XP from an elite tank into Free XP. When you hit the Convert XP button, a second window will pop up. This will tell you how much experience your elited tanks have, which can then be converted into Free XP.
