Keyboard partial fail; restart game fixes

churchill50:  I've run into this issue a few times myself.From what I've seen it's because you alt-tabbed in the past and the game (for some reason) thinks you still have Alt pressed.To fix it all you have to do is press and release Alt real quick, and you're back to normal. Much easier than having to Alt-Tab to fix it.It's worked for me every time I've run into this issue.
