Guidelines on recovery of Premium and Reward vehicles?

churchill50: You do have unlimited time to recover them. However, any premium tanks that are available in the tech tree for gold can only be redeemed in the client for 3 days.  After those 3 days are up, you have to go through VRT (Vehicle Restoration Ticket), which is described here:https://na.wargaming.../article/23827/ And here's the list of redemption costs for most premium/reward tanks:https://na.wargaming.../article/23826/ When you're entering a VRT ticket, select the Game Issues category and then "I'd like to recover a Premium tank". Also, any premium/reward tanks you sold before the redemption tab in the Depot became a thing will have to be redeemed through VRT.The time it takes for these tickets to be answered is all over the place. I've had some vehicles be restored within 5 minutes, and others that took 1-2 days. I hope that helps OP! Let me know if you have any questions.
