HE changes seem like a bad idea.

The CC's & WG have only talked about the effect on the tanks firing HE and getting hit by HE, no one has mentioned the effect on arty - which are getting a big nerf except as always the Lef firing it's AP shells which are still going to make tiers 4-7 unpleasant to play. The biggest change in the game will be that most arty won't be doing near as much damage on the health of heavy tanks. Whether or not WG also made the damage nerf on module damage so arty won't be tracking heavies as much is still unknown as far as I have heard; no one has mentioned any change in how often a heavy gets tracked by arty with these HE changes.
