What is Crew 2.0, and a quick sum up?

_BobaFett: It's a shame really, because there are some issues that I have with the current state of crew that were (somewhat) fixed with the sandbox version of Crew 2.0. Unfortunately in their trademark fashion, WG had to go completely overboard with it and include a ton of features that were not worth the benefits presented (in my opinion).
