It will be nice to have tier 10 arty in tier 10 battles and so on down the line .... and also getting the ability to lessen the huge MM spread arty gets by actually having tiers 2 - 10.....
Maybe this will give the ability to lower arty max per battle down too since there should be more arty in game and you wont have the top tiers of arty fighting to get into the same battles but instead a more even spread
