Yoott: he didnt say arty is OP he said it effects the outcome of the
battle more then is needed based on it having a smaller tier
spread...... also if you WATCH the video and actually hear what hes
saying instead of doing your anti arty happy dance you will hear he
says they are not changing the tier 8's at all when they move to
tier 10 so its power will be the same however having a spread from
2 - 10 the MM can be tuned more to limit the SPGS in a
battle....... and if your paying attention that will not change
much because tier 8's already almost always get tier 10 battles
anyways.
