Vallter: Because they have other advantages. And I doubt that Maus could have great camouflage values. It's house size vehicle. I doubt that it would be difficult to find it within 400 range.
For big size they receive other advantages.

Besides the passive buff on armour, what other buffs are you planning for the IS4M on the next update? Would it be plausible to get IS7's gun and mount it on the IS4M, just like before?
Say if the E-100 underperforms still on the test server #1, what are the chances of WG going to buff gun pen and overhaul these cosmetic buffs for this obsolete E-100?

Vallter: They are currently both challenging. With good platoon I rarely lose on Assault and more on Defence (we like active style of gameplay). Maps that were not balance, were removed. But we will consider players suggestions and overall feedback to improve game modes in future.
IS-4 won't receive any buffs. No, it won't be able to mount the turret.
There is a chance that we will rethink the buff.

You've received general recommendation about the safety of your game. I would suggest re-opining the system and receiving explanation, since issue should have been investigated already.

When buffing and nerfing a tank, do you take into account the average win rate of the driver of the tank? After all, if 55% win rate people are driving a tank, it would make the tank seem overpowered, but it's the drivers skill.

Vallter: YAWR transforred into 'ASAP' video series, so they replaced this bulletin.
We take in count complex statistics, which include many paratemers aside of W/R to exclude such thing as skill of the player group from it. Moreover, overally amount of good players on the vehicle is always balanced by amount of bad players on this vehicle.
