7.5 Update Overview

I can see the lor and bat chat performing at tier 9 and 10 but I get concerned about the 12t and the 13 75 being moved up. If they do not get pen improvements they will suffer greatly. Especially the 12t which struggles to pen already and needs a good amount of time to get to top speed. I am aware many people are not fans of this tank because of the infamous auto loader but they are currently fair tanks, but after being moved up I think they could become underpowered and become nothing more then a scout that dies 30 seconds into match and they are meant to be so much more then that :( does anyone else share my concern?
