If fact, why change the 3601 at all. it is one of the more popular tanks in the game now.....WHY, WHY, WHY, are you even screwing with it at all?
In all my close to 6500 games, I havent ran into THAT many matches that were dominated by 3601's with the konisch, not near enough for you to justify doing this!
Ill try it out one more time once I have this version of the test server loaded, but in the last version, you (ie the DEVS) beat it way too hard with the nerf bat......slightly?????Slight would be like taking the ROF down to like 16, but 13???? YA RIGHT....YOU KILLED IT!!!!!!
