About server crossing for Chinese server.. I will clarify this answer and post our plans in this thread.
Special Tier limitation won't be added at the CW start. But we will try to add it at Clan Wars release. Each server will have their time to 'test' the Clan Wars, before the Global Map will be linked between them.
