same rank. This does not mean that the team after the mentioned 3
15th place teams is 16th place... rankings continue downwards based
on number of teams above the said rank, making the team after the
three 15th place teams the 18th place team. This also
includes the bottom 5% being removed from the tournament after
rounds one and two.
