Trevzor: Heyo! So, I have went through our ticket system and found
your ticket. Right now the biggest issue you are facing is
impatience. We receive many tickets a day and handle all
tickets in the order that they come in. This applies to information
being given in a ticket. The problem you were having is that you
are adding new responses to your ticket quite often. Each response
you add does not bump you further up in our queues, actually quite
the opposite. Each response puts you back to the end of the queue
as it resets the last response time in our ticketing system.
My recommendation is to be patient and one of my team will be able
to assist you further in your ticket. Cheers!
