Vehicle Recovery Online Tool

Trevzor: Heyo!   I have come to understand that there is some confusion regarding what the Vehicle Recovery Tool can and cannot do, what tanks can be recovered, etc. so I have compiled an FAQ with answers to these burning questions:   Q: Why can't I recover my [T7, Mk VIC, LTP, other special tank] ? A: Usually this is because you have not played a game in said tank. There have been some cases where this is not exactly the case. I am currently gathering data to send off to our developers about this problem.   [UPDATE 4/10] We have figured out the issue and are working to fix the problem, stay tuned! ~Trevzor   Q: Why doesn't this feature work absolutely perfectly? A: This online tool is being tested on the NA server cluster. Think of it as an open beta test where you can purchase your special tanks back for your live server account. There will be some issues and we are very interested on figuring out what these issues are and working to fix them. We can test many different scenarios when a product is in QA, but we can't think of every unique scenario that this tool will be used in.   Q: Wait, only available on the NA server? A: Yep. We are the pioneers of this new feature.   Q: Why can't I restore my [T34, IS-6, SU-100Y, TOG, etc.] ? A: These tanks are not considered unique or special tanks. Any tank that is available in the in game store or the Gift Shop is considered a Premium tank. Premium tanks can only be restored within the first 72 hours of being sold.   Q: What about my 105 leFH18B2? Why can't I get this tank back? A: Welcome to beta testing. Sometimes we have an issue that needs the developer's attention and this is one of them. The 105 leFH18B2 is currently listed as a Premium tank when it should be a Unique tank. They are working on getting this fixed even as I type this out.   Q: Can I use this to get a refund on [ Tank ] that I purchased and don't like? A: No.   Q: Does this work with tanks I was gifted, received via a bonus code, etc.? A: Absolutely. If the tank is a Unique tank and has at least one battle on it, it will be available. If the tank was received via code, etc. and is a Premium tank (think T-127 or Ram II) the 72 hour rule still applies.   Q: Where is my confirmation email? A: Be sure that your email system is not filtering any mail. Check your junk, spam, promotion, etc. folders for the confirmation email. If all else fails, request a new email from the Recovery Tool page.   Q: What if I don't have access to my email for my WoT account? A: A functioning email address is required to use the Recovery Tool.   I will add to this FAQ if more questions come up.   Good luck on the battlefield!
