ticket and can see that the information you have provided us
with does not match our records. We ask for this information
because we will only make changes to an account for the original
owner and we feel that this information would be available only to
said original owner of the account. It is also important to
note that, despite any routing your connection may take to get to
our servers, your ISP information will remain the same. If we are
asking for information regarding your ISP it is because the
information you have given us does not match our records.
Lastly, the level of Account Support you require cannot be done via
the Support forum due to the amount of personal information that is
required. I highly recommend you continue to seek support through
your current ticket. Please note that the majority of
our tickets are completed on a first come, first served basis in
regards to when the last reply is. This being the case, every time
you add a new reply to a ticket, our system moves it to the bottom
of the queue. This means don't "bump" your ticket responses as it
only sends you to the back of the line. I hope we are able
to get your issue resolved.
