Updated Minimum Requirements

Trevzor: Tankers!   We have updated our the information regarding our sytem requirements for World of Tanks to be more in line with the game's hardware needs.   The new requirements are as follows:   Minimum system requirements: Operating system: Windows XP / Vista / 7 / 8 Processor: 2.2 GHz supporting SSE2 RAM: 1.5 GB for Windows XP, 2 GB for Windows Vista / 7 Video Card: GeForce 6800 / ATI X1800 with 256 MB RAM; DirectX 9.0c Sound: DirectX 9.0c compatible Hard drive space: 16 GB Internet Speed: 256 Kbps   Recommended System Requirements: Operating system: Windows XP /Vista /7/8 — 64-bit.
