There seems to be some confusion on what it is that we are telling you versus what it is we at Wargaming know.
While Playspan is our billing partner (the people who will collect money for us) they are in no way owned or operated by Wargaming. As such, any information we offer up you, our player base, is the same information that we have received from Playspan.
As of this point in time, the Ultimate Game Cards were not credited to us properly, which mean we do not have you money. We are working extremely hard to resolve all of the issues that have been occurring between our servers and Playspan's.
What this means for you, the player, is that any piece of information that we receive from Playspan regarding this issue we report to you. It has never been nor will it ever be our intention to keep our players and our customers in the dark regarding any billing issues.
We will be monitoring the situation and releasing information as it is given to us. We certainly look forward to resolving this glaring issue and being able to provide our players the goods that they were told they paid for.
Please keep an eye on the forums and, if you have a ticket in the support system, on those as well. We will be keeping the community in the loop to the very best of our ability.
