complete fairness, from my standpoint and what I've observed, most
people are overall okay with 3 tier games. HOWEVER (MASSIVE
HOWEVER), players do NOT enjoy getting 3 tier games as often as
they currently do, which is one of the major pain points we hope to
address with Matchmaking adjustments. Most threads are about the
rate in which 3 tier games happen in terms of the upper tiers
(10/9/8).
