computer literate as I'd like and it's hard to follow the
information line for the aspect of receiving the free Thunderbolt
VII. At this point, it is not in my garage. Could
someone instruct me, step by step, on how to get this? I got
the Microsoft Authenticator, but I haven't figured out how to use
it. I started over and now I've got to wait until tomorrow to
try again. Frankly, this process is not real user friendly
and I'm quite frustrated.

How do you verify Family Members?, ID.me doesn't seem to like uploading the same documents a second time...
The_Chieftain: Go to your account management screen (Click your name top
right corner of this screen, assuming you're on a PC, look towards
the bottom of the drop-down menu). Verify that it says on the right
hand side "Military status verified as...." (It's underneath the
various link icons for Facebook, Google, etc). If it does not, then
it has not been linked through ID.me. Remember, ID.me is a separate
company to us, if you have verified with them, then that entitles
you to the benefits (and check out all the other companies which
give you discounts on the Id.me shop!), but that does not 'tag' you
in the Wargaming system and actually give them to you. You have to
separately link the WG system to ID.me through that account
management screen. I have no idea where Microsoft Authenticator
enters into the equation. In any case, once you have the account
status linked from WG to ID.me, the Thunderbolt, Camo, and
discounts should be applied to your account the next time you log
into WoT. If the account management does say "Military status
verified...." then either you have filters set so you just can't
see the Thunderbolt in the garage, or send in a support ticket and
we'll deal with it.

The_Chieftain: I don't know, with respect to document uploads. You'll need
to check with ID.me's support. I verified my wife through the USAA
option.
