Planes, Trains and T110s

The_Chieftain: Canards on the A-10 are an interesting idea, given just how important 'pointability' at slow speed is.  That said, is there room in the nose with the gun, ammo and cockpit for the drive systems, and what does it do to the overall airflow, particularly around the tail and rudders?
