TS-5 needs to be nerfed

The_Chieftain: It's a vehicle which has some excellent strengths, and so far I prefer it to the T-28, but I've certainly been made well aware of the limitations by the act of blowing up. I'd rate it as strong, right now (and in fairness, I think most of the people who have it thus far are likely above-average), but I would stop short of terming it OP.
