How can I make the Chi Rhi work?

I, personally, very much enjoy Chi-Ri in its top configuration, but even at that, it needs careful handling and a good sense of timing. The tank is mobile and puts steel on target quickly. Find something from the flank, and annoy the hell out of it! I am unsure I would use all your free XP on it, it’s possible it will, even elite, prove to be a tank you do not like.
