The Chieftain's Random Musings Thread

The_Chieftain: Someone, somewhere, was asking me about the thickness of Grizzly's armor, on the theory that there were reports that the Canadians buffed it up a little. I am a little suspicious about the idea, given that General Steel also provided castings for the Pressed Steel Shermans and I can't imagine they changed the moulds, but I took my thickness device to the Grizzly I have access to around here, and I can't say I found any unusual results. Seems to have been a constant 2.1" or so all the way up the front slope.
