know how to use it. So, if you want to look at IS-3, you
have a small portion of the playerbase who know to shoot a small
portion of their shots at a small portion of the vehicle, which
would, after the remake of the mechanics, ricochet only a
portion of those shots instead of none of them. This isn't
really a 'major' benefit. Is it a buff? Sure. Want a nerf? That
122mm no longer automatically overmatches things which the 120
wouldn't. So there's a trade right off the bat. As this
topic is being considered, I would ask that assuming the new
mechanics do indeed come back into the limelight with more
information, players forget what they think they know about
them, and start from scratch without pre-conceptions.
