stealth mode. I can't speed-boost away from a dive bomber which has
its eye on me, or even just a fighter which is keeping me lit, but
there are very, very few ships which will detect me before I detect
them so I can avoid them. Plus there are times when I can whittle
down strikes which are going for my bigger colleagues. I've shot
down multiple Tier X aircraft in one game in the past.
