for it? or is it right after they come off a ban?The_Chieftain: The man asks an intelligent question, and I wish more people
would think about it. The intent of turning a player blue is
not to effectively bar him from playing. If that were the intent,
we'd bar him from playing for a bit. And, yes, the programming is
set up that after a certain level of TKing, the player is barred
from playing. Players who kill blue players on sight are in effect
going beyond the intent of the programming, barring a blue player
from playing, and not working on the basis of "just because you can
doesn't mean that you should." The programming has the intermediate
step of "blue" because we don't think he's done enough to warrant
not being allowed to play, but to allow green players to remove him
-if necessary-. Put it this way. If you leave a blue player
alone and he starts shooting at you, if you kill him before he
damages too many allies or not, you're fighting a full enemy team
short handed because of his actions. If you kill him on sight,
you're fighting the enemy team short-handed because of -your-
actions. Where is the percentage in not waiting to see what he
does before handicapping your own team?
