As I understand this correctly, the guy used a bunch of things which the developers put into the game, with the expectation that they would be used, did not break any obviously stated rules, and you want to ban him for it?    Have you ever noticed that most legal systems don't work that way? "Your honor, everything he did was legal, but we don't like that he ended up doing what he did, so would you mind awfully putting him in jail anyway?"   That is an incredibly arbitrary way of doing things. Who's to say where the trigger line is between game advantage and exploit? You're making it a matter of personal opinion.
