We just have pretty good QA on such matters now after the last couple of years of operating, and so haven't put ourselves in a position very often where it's been appropriate to do it. I'm sure Obsidian will stop doing it as well, when they have a bit more practice and no longer have such problems. And it will vanish from the collective memory....
