Tier 9 Heavies

The_Chieftain: M103 is at the top of my list. I know some people don't consider the armor reliable, I don't consider it important to be. It's good enough to do the job. Armor doesn't win battles, the ability to put firepower on target does, and there's almost nothing better. The M58 cannon is fantastic, and the M103 is very flexible and maneuverable. It's why I rate the tank far better than the ST-1, which has a pretty reasonable gun and lots more armor.   I very much enjoy T95, though I admit it's not reliable and is heavily team-dependent.
