How long does a Support ticket take to be answered?

The_Chieftain: We aim for a 24-hour turnaround, and historically do much better
than that, though we haven't necessarily been hitting it recently.
That said, we've got a new hire or two in (met a new one
yesterday), and have made a couple of other changes to start to
catch up. I think things'll be getting better soon enough.
How long does a Support ticket take to be answered?
