Make it so the M103 actually has Armour on it

The_Chieftain: Two things.   Firstly, my M103 is my highest win-rate heavy. For all my other failings in other tanks, I've figured out how to use M103, and the armor is evidently quite sufficient for the job.   Secondly, M103 is one of those tanks we have total knowledge of the real-world armor, to datapoints about 8" apart from each other. The armor is what it is. And, as per first point, it is good enough in my opinion.
