I didn't see that one in my review back.   But to answer your questions posed in that post, "Yes," "Yes" and "No, I don't think you would be, certainly not compared to the JgdE100, STB, or any other non-light tank which is sharing the battlefield."   To explain a bit more. There is a difference between role and mechanism. There are certainly arguments to be made about altering the mechanism with respect to alpha size, splash, ROF etc. I don't have a particular opinion on that matter. But the role in itself is sound in concept. It is a reflection of the truism that the most dangerous weapon on the battlefield is a radio, and that on the other end of that radio is massive firepower. Not only is this firepower is less effective against moving than stationary targets, but it is also a truism that a defending force should be able to handle an attacking force of equal size. That attacking force needs to whittle down the odds a bit to do it, a role which artillery can do quite handily, and will certainly do a better job of than attempting to defend against an assaulting force. Now, again, you can make the determination that the mechanism chosen to perform this role can be changed, but I submit that you can't make the determination that at the present time, artillery is not good at that role.
