Should the 113 get buffed? (simple)

The_Chieftain: Statistics say "no."  I must admit, the tank hasn't done wonders for my win rate, but if I get a good game in, it's unstoppable. A number of 113 drivers swear by the tank. Given that, and the overall win rate of the tank, we may just have to conclude that the tank doesn't suit our play styles.
