Sky cancer having negative gun depression: is this historical?

The_Chieftain:   Not really. They don't get them because the classes aren't designed in the game to use them. Although I have issues with some of the low tier US TDs (In reality artillery pieces) which may eventually be re-branched to the Arty tree, the vehicles are balanced for direct fire capability only. If the vehicle is given a dual-mode, we probably need to create a new class of dual-mode vehicle and balance it accordingly. There's no particular need to do it.
