Report him is enough?

The_Chieftain:   This is incorrect. We look at the replays submitted as part of tickets.   It's a matter of effort to result. The 'report' button doesn't take much effort, but also doesn't provide much proof. There need to be a number of reports accumulated over time for the mere report button to result in any real sanction. However, a replay file is adequate on its own, as there is little chance of 'vendetta' reporting, or misunderstanding etc. Yes, attaching the replay file to a ticket is a bit more complicated and time consuming, but it is also going to be good enough to get the job done first time.
