Indeed, the only two heavies with as good win-rates on my official
account at T110E5 (61%, 166 battles) and Churchill III (61%, 231
battles). (My only better one is TOG, 65%, but only 35 games). All
my other Tier IXs (Personal account) are in the mid/low 50s.
Now, I haven't played M103 too much since the change to the HD
armour model, but if anything, it made it a bit stronger. I
have no idea what the detractors of M103 are doing with their tank,
but I have to assume they're doing it wrong. That said, there is no
guarantee that you will do M103 -right- either. I personally find
M103 to be an extremely versatile tank, quick to react to all sorts
of situations and effective on almost all terrain. No, it's not an
Ausf B or ST-1. Don't try using it as one.
