T110's Second Summer of Love (And Tolerance)

The_Chieftain: Reading the "Corridor" post on FTR, I don't know what it is like over on the EU side of the house, but here in NA, one of the maps you point out as poor is, in my experience, one of the most popular over here: Steppes. Indeed, it's my favourite map for just precisely the lack of corridors. My most hated corridor map is Mountain Pass. They really are corridors, with huge mountains on each side of the valleys. Light tanks perform all but no role except XP puinata, and maybe a slight distraction. Medium tanks fight as heavies do, except sometimes they'll go across the bowl or quickly change which corridor they'll apply to. And the heavies, well, a Maus is as good as a T110, is as good as a JgdPzE100 as you're not getting around people and just battering each other down from the front.   I fully support the corridor whine, and have been a corridor whiner for years.
