Either one is really good, to be honest though this is not a race and you need to learn the game and build up your crews. Based on your win rate and average damage you are not playing well at all. Take your time to learn the game it will help you enjoy that tier X when you get there. The good news is that both the KV-1 and T-34 lines are relatively new player friendly and most of the tanks at tier 5+ are at worst decent. You may want to consider playing on the SA server against the bots until you get to Tier V, much easier and I think it will help you learn the maps.
