TeriyakiTanker: Yes and no I suppose, it is a little more complicated than
that. For straight up crew progression and skill points yeah
you get screwed. The upside is that each of those BiA crew
members becomes an instructor that gives you 2 bonus skill points
in a random skill as well as +10% crew experience. So yes, I
believe, on the whole, you get a little screwed with BiA crew
members, especially since you can not at this time pick the the
skill the points go to.
