Crew 2.0 Really Screws Over a Lot of Your Crews

Firstly, I would like everyone to meet my Obj. 430U in the live server, one of my fav Tier X tanks. As you can see, it's got a 3+ 81% skill crew and some nice equipment. Please take note of its stats:     So, let's see how it looks in Sandbox after the crew conversion:       Using those 51 points, I tried to replicate the same skills that I had before. This is how far I got, please take note of the stats and compare it to the Live version:     Only 5 full skills and 1 point in another one, looks like it falls a little short in comparison to it's Live server counterpart skill count. Let's try maxing out the Commander to level 75 and see how it looks (had to use 1,000,000 free exp to do so, btw):   So, if you stuck with me up to this point, I wanna thank you for your attention. Looking at the evidence, it's clear the current experience conversion ratio is not balanced nor fair to the players, because it makes you lose a lot of crew experience and some of the skills you already had. On top of that, even if you max out the commander (which requires a huge investment of time or funds to do so), you won't be able to fully replicate the same set nor the same amount of skills you previously had in your tank, because of the stupid level 75 skill cap. Even if you see an increase in some stats, you still lose performance in another areas, and overall you get a worse tank performance compared to the Live Server 3+87% crew.

TeriyakiTanker: That is awesome, appreciate the work.
