Crew 2.0 - compensation for 6+ skill crew?

TeriyakiTanker: We just don’t know yet, right now it’s just rumors.  If this turns out to be true I am going to split up my 6,7, and 8 perk crews just to max them out as many crews as possible.  It all sounds a bit like a mess but we can always hope the rumors aren’t true or that they will change it before it goes live.
