2nd MOE, still no Ace.

My avg Xp in the tank is 550ish where as my newest T9 (Type 61 & JagTiger) it's over 750, and my 430 is close to 900.   I know getting the 1st MoE is no big deal, just play the tank long enough and you will eventually get it, but it just struck me as funny that i got the 2nd MoE but still never aced it.
