Game Play is Severely Broken

There was a guy who called me a POS at the end of the battle.  He has a PR rating of 3890.  He joined WOT 21 December 2020 and the battle was 26 December 2020.  Really? 5 days and your rating is that high after 5 days?  Come one give me a break.  I have been playing since the BETA and my rating is 3936.  You may say that I am a bad player?  No, its not that I am bad, its because I refuse to use cheat mods or professional players.  I refuse to cater to the BS in the game by cheating.  Only way that guy and hundreds of others like him can get high in that short period of time is by using Professionals and cheat mods.  The games RNG, MM, Ammunition, and other issues have become a plague.  Another issue is the Artillery. I spent 24 years in the Field Artillery and there is no way in hell that Artillery can do what this games Arty can do.  Come on Wargames and World of Tanks, fix this broken down good for nothing game.
